Pakistan grappled with fear of attack by India on POK

Srinagar/Islamabad: – Pakistan keeps bragging that if India attacked, retaliation by Pakistan, a nuclear nation, will be dreadful. But it seems Pakistan is panicking with the fears of an Indian attack on Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir had asked the state population to store LPG that would last for nearly 2-3 months. Pakistan misinterpreted the governor’s message as the Indian preparation for an attack on POK. Panic was clearly evident in the Pakistan media after that. But the Jammu and Kashmir Governor clarified that the instructions issued to the people there was a routine administrative precaution for the rainy season. Therefore, the situation in Pakistan has become a matter of joke for the Indians.

fear of attack

Since the last few months, Pakistani media have been reporting that India is preparing to attack and acquire POK. Pakistani Prime Minister had expressed a fear that India will take over POK under the pretext of a feigned terror attack. At the same time, Imran Khan had claimed that Pakistan would retaliate with all its might against the attack. Pakistani media and extremists are spreading war fever in the country and spewing venom against India. The Hate India Brigade in Pakistan is saying that this will spark a decisive war with India. Pakistan military also makes big noises against India. But it is now proved that all this bravery is replaced with panic when a possibility of an Indian attack is expressed. The Jammu and Kashmir Governor instructed the people of the state to store LPG cylinders to last for two months, during the rainy season. Pakistan linked it to the war preparations. Pakistani media have started discussing the consequences of the war in frightened tones. Anchors in the news channels are asking analysts as to how India can be aggressive on two fronts, one with a strong country like China and Pakistan. Some anchors asked the analysts ‘Isn’t India scared of the dire consequences of war?’ The Kashmir issue cannot be resolved through conflict. The terrified Pakistani media have started advising that India should resolve the border dispute with Pakistan through discussions.

Pakistani military shoots down a drone recording a marriage function and claims the drone to be an Indian one. Why have all the serving and former military officials started advocating a language of peace, instead of war, with India. The regret behind the question is that Pakistan military and government was a helpless spectator when India abrogated Article 370 and tightened its grip on the state. The Pakistan military officials shocked the people asking such innocent questions, saying that the people of Kashmir stood with India. At the same time, they also confessed with a heavy heart that Pakistan does not anymore have the strength to face India. Therefore, Pakistan is sincerely hoping that war is sparked between India and China, thinking that in that scenario, POK and Pakistan will be saved.
