The Communist government of Cuba granted permission to China and made the agreement required for it, claimed the top US newspaper, the ‘Wall Street Journal’. China is establishing an ‘electronic facility’ for espionage 160 km from the US state of Florida. For this, Cuba will receive billions of dollars in aid, the Wall Street Journal said in this report.

In such a situation, some officials of the Biden administration had stated that new information about China’s ongoing activities in China or Cuba was not available.
