Purchase of land and property in US by the Chinese is a cause for conce

Washington/Beijing: Governor Ron DeSantis warned that China’s purchase of land and property in Florida, considered the leading US state, is a cause for concern. As per received information, companies linked to the Chinese communist regime have purchased thousands of acres of land in Florida. Governor DeSantis said he would soon bring a bill to impose restrictions on this activity. As per a 2019 report, China has purchased 200,000 acres of farmland in the United States.

The Florida Governor warned, ‘Chinese companies should not be permitted to purchase land in the United States. These companies have links with the Chinese communist regime. There is a huge problem as whatever these companies present may not be true. The Chinese communist regime is trying for major domination. This is not linked only to their military might. China has greatly increased its influence in the United States.’

A few weeks ago, a case of Chinese company Fufeng group purchasing 300 Acres of land in the state of North Dakota surfaced. This land is close to the US Grand Forks air force base. Senior air force official Jeremy Fox mentioned this in one of the memos. After that, US Congressmen and local representatives expressed concerns over this. Although the Chinese company has refuted the allegation, this has become a hot topic for discussion. Against this background, the attention has again been drawn to the issue with the Florida Governor raising the issue.

A few days ago, a leading US news channel reported that China was carrying out espionage on the US nuclear weapons through the cell towers based on Huawei technology. Earlier, even the US Federal Bureau of Investigation had pointed to the increasing Chinese activities.
